This morning I laid Alston on a blanket in the floor while I fixed some breakfast. When I returned, hew completely the opposite way that I laid him down. While I ate, Alston entertained me with his newly found freedom! I took pictures to document this momentous occasion!

He looks like he’s getting close to rolling over. We have been trying to get Ava Reese to and she wants nothing to do with it. When you lay her in the floor, she doesn’t go far..She kinda just lays there..hehe I bet he rolls over before she does because she can’t turn herself around like that yet 😉

How fun to watch (and capture) him exploring “new things” like that 🙂 Imagine him at about age 16 – 18 looking at that going “mom, wtf?” and then about 5 – 10 yrs later when he has his own child asking “mom, where are those pictures of me when I was baby?” — that is exactly how boys are, trust me!! 🙂 Timeless treasures!!
